VOLUNTEER, BARTER OR PAID OPPORTUNITY
Position: Organic Veggie Vendor at Carp and/or Landsdowne
Farmer's Markets (Ottawa)
Organization: The Rainbow Heritage Garden http://www.rainbowheritage.ca
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
We are looking for people (students, retirees, anyone....!)
who can commit to one more Saturday(s) and/or Sunday(s) each
month from May to June to help us sell our organic veggies
at the Carp and/or Landsdowne Farmer's Markets. Must be
bright eyed and bushy tailed by 7 am to help set-up. Carp
finishes at 1 pm and Landsdowne at 3 p. It takes about a
half hour to pack things up and then load up the truck. It
would be great if you can stay until the end of the market
but there is also possibility of leaving early if the market
slows down earlier.
We are willing to pay some cash and/or trade for lots of
fresh organic veggies. Please only reply if you can commit
to at least one day/month, put preferably more.
If interested, please e-mail rainbowheritage gmail.com*
and tell us why you're interested. Please mention any
relevant skills or experience you may have, and include
a phone number where we can reach you.
