INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY
Position: Sustainable Building Internship
Type: unpaid internship with room & board, possibility of stipend

Location: Cobourg, Ontario, Canada
We are looking for someone with a keen desire to get "hands-on" work experience with green and sustainable building practice. We are breaking new ground here at FifthWind Construction by combining Compressed Earth Block with Strawbale. A perfect combination for our cold Canadian climate. Our buildings are designed with the use of Sacred Geometry, salvaged wood from old barns and the latest in energy efficiency products. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring green builder.
Room and Board included. Long-term stay preferred. Previous building experience an asset, not mandatory for the right person. This is an unpaid internship, there is a possibility of a small stipend for the right person and other various ways to make pocket money.
