Position: Algonquin Park Special Event Outdoor Education Instructors
Organization: Voyageur Quest and the Algonquin Log Cabin
Location: Algonquin Park, Ontario
Voyageur Quest is a wilderness tour company that specializes in Algonquin Park. Our two facilities, the Algonquin Log Cabin and Algonquin Cottages/ Canoe Outpost, are located at Algonquin Park's northwest corner. The head office, reservations and logistics take place in the Toronto office.

ALGONQUIN PARK SPECIAL OUTDOOR EVENTS
Voyageur Quest is looking for guides for a series of special events from September 10-20, 2010 in and around Algonquin Park. Applicants should have strong leadership skills and be comfortable speaking about Algonquin flora, fauna, night sky and local culture. Good interpretative and program skills are essential.
Applicants should have the following certifications:
* Wilderness First Aid
* Bronze Cross or higher swimming lifeguard status
* Strong leadership experience in a wilderness environment
From $135/day
Contract period: September 10-20, 2010
*Contract extensions are availble into the fall and winter.
